Eryc Taylor Dance Company
Eryc Taylor Dance (ETD), established in 2006, is a New York-based non-profit dance company that performs and tours locally and globally. The Company has performed at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Lincoln Center Out-of-Doors, Joyce Soho, Joe's Pub at The Public Theater, New York Live Arts, Teatro Armando Manzanero, and Teatro José Peón Contreras (Merida, Mexico), Martha Graham Studio Theater, Bryant Park Theater, Guild Hall (East Hampton, NY), Busan Cultural Center (Busan, South Korea), and Provincetown Amphitheater (Cape Cod, MA). ETD Outreach is ETD’s community outreach program, and ETD’s New Choreographer’s Grant offers opportunities for aspiring choreographers.
Eryc Taylor
Eryc Taylor is the Artistic Director of the NYC-based nonprofit dance company Eryc Taylor Dance, its community outreach program, ETD Outreach, and the New Choreographer Grant program for emerging choreographers. Taylor holds an MFA in Dance from NYU Tisch and has been creating and touring original work in NYC, nationally and internationally since 1995 and 2006 with ETD, including tours to Mexico and South Korea. For ETDO, Taylor curates and oversees 20+ weekly movement workshops for underserved communities throughout NYC. He has received grants, awards, and government support from NYSCA, LMCC, SVOG, and Dance/NYC. ETD's EARTH (2019) involved past NCG recipients and was featured on the PBS ALL ARTS series "Climate Artists." ETD's first dance film, Uncharted Territory, was conceived and created by Taylor during the 2020 pandemic. It received critical praise and awards and is an official selection at several film festivals. Taylor's Factory/Refractory (2022) draws inspiration from his experiences and observations of the NYC nightlife in the 1990s. The critically acclaimed site-specific immersive dance production was presented at SLATE NY in 2022 and is continuing its residency in 2023.
Miranda Stuck
Miranda Stuck is a professional dancer based in New York City. Prior to graduating from the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program, Miranda trained classically at Pacific Northwest Ballet School in Seattle, Washington. Miranda currently dances with Eryc Taylor Dance and works as an independent
freelance artist, choreographer, and writer. Miranda has danced professionally for Marc Jacobs, Buglisi Dance Theatre, Alison Cook Beatty Dance, LLMoves, Matthew Westerby Company, and in Amazon TV’s Shelter (NJ). Miranda was invited to dance in music videos for Kelly Monrow, Lou Phelps, and Luis D. She has performed works of Alvin Ailey, Karole Armitage, Gabrielle Lamb, Earl Mosley, Jerome Robbins, and
Christopher Wheeldon. Miranda’s most recent television debut includes a feature in
Saturday Night Live’s Sketch “The Black Lotus” hosted by Aubrey Plaza and Sam
Smith. While continuing her professional dance career, Miranda completed a Master of Arts in Multi- Platform Journalism within Fordham University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. Miranda is a contributor to publications including Broadway World, The Dance Enthusiast, and Motion by Degrees. Miranda is extremely passionate about writing, performing and visual arts, chronic illness advocacy, and genuine human connection.
Cam Arnold
Cam Arnold is a Brooklyn-based artist originally from Southeast Michigan. He has been dancing since age five and has trained extensively in jazz, tap, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, and musical theatre. Cam has performed live and video performances for artists such as Casey Spooner and Chris Grand. Along with performing, Cam enjoys creating and is a renowned choreographer in Metro Detroit. While at the University of Michigan, he served as the Artistic Director of the hip-hop dance team Dance 2XS Michigan. He is currently part of the Brooklyn-based
